1. General Information

The customer accepts with his order our general order and delivery conditions.

2. Contracting

Our offers are open. Contracting begins with a written confirmation of order or by carrying out the order.

3. Pre-order and Reservation

For pre-ordered articles the customer will get written a confirmation, which is to be signed and sent back. An article that has been bought online cannot be returned unless it is within the first two weeks after the date of purchase.

4. Delivery and Collection

Date of delivery is not binding. Pre-order of articles is only possible with payment by credit card. We reserve to charge 50 % of the article-price when ordering. The customer will be notified when collection of ordered articles is possible - at this date the full price will be charged. The customer has to collect the ordered articles within two weeks.

5. Prices and Conditions of Payment

All prices well be calculated according to the yearly price list, valid from 1.1. - 31.12. each year. The prices are incl. german tax and free our storage munich. Because of printing faults and mistakes we are not committed to deliver with prices that are wrongly printed on the price lists. In case of a rest delivery over the year-change, price increase will be charged to the customer up to 5 % to the last year price.

6. Draw by bank account

Sorry, but this is only possible in Germany.

7. Exchange and Refund

The exchange of articles is only possible if they have a defect - only with original receipt possible within two weeks after date of purchase. We have the right to mend the article twice - if then it is not ok the customer is allowed to give back the articles and the contract. If the customer bought the articles in our online-shop, the articles can be given back without any reason - of course all articles have to be in original packaging and the costs for the delivery back is paid by the customer. We will then send back the money or we deliver other articles plus new costs for delivery.

8. Guarantee

For all articles we will give 2 years guarentee for normal use - except wear parts. Guarantee is only available, if the articles are sold to the name of the customer. If the customer manipulates or builds in digital equipment by himself all guarantee is lost.

10. Delivery Worldwide

For deals within the European Community (EU) the prices for our articles will remain the same as they do in Germany. The costs of shipping will be accounted extra and special for every country. For cheques and bank transfers there will be an additional Euro 8,00 for each payment. For deliveries outside the EU the articles will be charged without tax. If the order is placed in our online-shop, the shipping costs will be displayed at once. If the order is delivered dircetly by LGB-Station-Bauer, the customer has to pay the customs duty. Delivery with our own transport vehicles will cost Euro 30,00 for each order. In that case shipping costs will not be charged. We accept Master-Card and VISA-Card.

11. Transportation

The customer is responsible for any problems that right over while transporting the articles.This is also applicable, if we transport the articles in our own vehicles.

12. Rights of Ownership

The articles are owned by LGB-Station-Bauer GdbR, Munich until full price is payed.

13. Court of Jurisdiction

For all complaints that are not part of the deals with "www.schmalspurversand.de" and "www.lgb-station-bauer.de" the court of jurisdiction for each part is Munich, Germany.
